Acceptance of terms

By using Watch Your Tone you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the APIs. Rate-limits are enforced via Redis and logs are retained for audit purposes. Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended.

Subscriptions & tiers

Free accounts receive limited historical data. Supporter/Partner plans unlock longer retention and GDPR deletion. Billing is handled via third-party processors; refunds follow their policies.

Limitation of liability

Watch Your Tone is provided "as is". We do not make guarantees about accuracy or uptime. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the changelog and email when possible.
